Lauren and Patrick: Cali Couple from Texas :)

Lauren and Patrick were referred  to me through a mutual friend/client. In fact, they live in sunny California, and arranged their session during a trip to Bryan, Texas recently, before Patrick was to be shipped off to an unknown destination with the US Marine Corps. Their session was fun...and HOT ;) I had a blast getting to know them and they were expert dippers! And even went right along with my odd fascination with the flamingos placed in their aunt and uncle's backyard (see images below). Lauren and Patrick, I want to say thanks to you both for your service to our country! I know from personal experience what it is like to watch a loved one leave without knowing where or when you will see each other again. Any man serving our country during this time, knows pretty much what is inevitable with deployments. It takes a lot of dedication, bravery, and patriotism - guts of steel ;) for both of you. Hang in there! Send lots of letters and love boxes ;) And  keep these images close to your heart and soul. Let them serve as a beacon, to help you both through the toughest times! XOXOXOXO! Mj~

Happy Birthday Kegan :)

Kegan turned one this last week! I met her parents through a gift certificate purchase for her mom's baby shower last year, shot her newborn session, and was lucky enough to get to capture her 1 year milestone this year :) Kegan had a wild party this past Saturday with all her favorite peeps present! And began walking in the same week! Way to go girlie!!! Abby thanks so much for allowing me to capture your precious daughter! I hope you enjoy your images :)

Family Time With The Green's :)

It was great fun hanging out with the Green family one morning and just goes to show you, you can have an awesome session just having fun around your own home! It's super easy for the kids to relax in their own environment and super easy on the parents since they don't have to tote all the necessities! As you can see, we played dress-up and tree-house and tire swing! even Dad had a blast :) I posted a ton because I just couldn't pick! I loved so many of them! thanks Mandy for having me out to the house! enjoy your images! Mj~

Minnesota: The Adams Family ;)

During my visit to Minnesota, I had the pleasure of meeting up with the real Adams family! We started on the foggy beaches of Lake Superior at dawn and later took Mom, Val, and her two gorgeous girls, Sydney and Lauren, into downtown to shoot around all the colorful buildings and doorways there :) Val, it was a pleasure getting to know you and your beautiful family :) I look forward to seeing you all again next summer! And a big thank you to Sydney for assisting me later that evening with the Moshier children! Hugs! Mj~
